1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 99 Recipes website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration & Security

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium subscriptions are handled via Stripe. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented during checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe according to its terms and policies.

5. Free & Premium Usage Limits

Non-premium users may generate up to three (3) recipes per week. Premium users enjoy unlimited recipe generation. We reserve the right to change usage limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership of Recipes

All content generated by the Service, including but not limited to recipes, images, and text, is the sole and exclusive property of 99 Recipes. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, display, and share the recipes for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use or redistribution requires our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon the rights of others, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.

8. Termination & Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time in the Account Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy. Generated recipes and other content remain the property of 99 Recipes.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 99 Recipes, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99 Recipes is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
